Ali Yıldırım Koç ((:ali kot͡ʃ), born 2 April 1967) is a Turkish businessman. He is a third-generation member of Turkey's wealthiest Koç family and the youngest son of Rahmi Koç. After finishing the high school at Harrow School (1980–85), London, he received his B.A. in Managerial Studies from Rice University (1985–89), Houston, Texas, followed by his Master's degree from Harvard University (1995–97). He worked in various companies in the United States and in the Koç Holding and became chief executive of the information technologies group of the holding. He recently married Nevbahar Demirağ. ==Koç Holding== Vehbi Koç, who died in 1996 at the age of 95, created the Koç Holding Corp, Turkey's largest industrial conglomerate. By first forming joint ventures with General Electric to make light bulbs and Ford Motor Co. to build buses and trucks, and continually expanding his activities, Koç built up an empire that, according to the Financial Times generates nearly 5% of Turkish exports. Koç Holding Corp. has more than $12 billion in sales annually and employs over 80,000 people.
